Your team will take part in a leadership development course with a qualified guide. We'll spend the day outside, focusing on new ways to build leadership skills and personal growth. Using nature as a classroom we are able to push ourselves into situations that require us to practice patience, confidence, and communication. By overcoming challenges together in this environment, we will learn what it takes to be a leader in the face of uncertainty and discomfort.
